The most representative Menorcan wines are red wines, made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. They are bright cherry-coloured wines with aromas of red fruits and spices. White wines are also produced, such as the single-variety Chardonnay and Malvasia.

You will be able to recognise them thanks to the label that identifies the wines under the geographical denomination Vins de la Terra Illa de Menorca.

Binitord stands out for its minimal impact on the landscape. Since 2010, Binitod has signed a stewardship agreement with the GOB Menorca, by which a series of measures considered beneficial both for the economic viability of the estate and for the conservation of the natural values of the island are agreed.

Binitord wines produced on the same estate are the Rosat, the Blanco de Noirs; unique on the island, the Black and Black Roure and the Ciutat de Parella, which refers to the legend of the city sunk at the bottom of the sea near Ciutadella.
