If you love craft beer, you can’t miss out on a visit to Grahame Pearce. This is the oldest brewery in the Balearic Islands!

Our guided tour will take you to every corner of the brewery, where you can discover the process of elaboration our beers. From the first steps to the creation of our unique flavours, we will tell you all about the story that began years ago in Menorca, an island full of tradition and passion for good beer.

Do you know who Grahame Pearce is? Find out on the guided tour and Menorcan beer tasting. This gentleman, together with Vicent Vila, the founder of the Menorcan brewery, undertook this fabulous project. A Monday hobby, taking advantage of a day off from his well-known restaurant, ended up with the oldest brewery in the Balearic Islands.

And the fact is that Menorca has a special singularity for gastronomy. Perhaps the environment, the nature and the little urbanisation of the island favour the harvesting of raw materials.

Throughout the experience, we will explain the distinctive features of each recipe and how Menorca‘s environment influences the character and flavour of our beers. And at the end of the visit, you can enjoy a brewing tasting to discover what makes each of our beers so special.

• Presentation of the project, the origins and history of the oldest craft beer in the Balearic Islands, the brewing process and its characteristics.
• Guided tasting of 4 of the main beers and a seasonal beer. It will be followed by a tasting of cheeses made with beer and hops.
